Conditions of Holiday Hire

1. Terms. All terms are per week (unless stated in your holiday confirmation) and are for self catering accommodation as equipped and described.

2. You will be held responsible for making good or paying for any damage to or loss of accommodation, fittings, utensils, crockery or cutlery. A £20 damage deposit is required at the time of final payment, which is refundable on inspection of the property.

3. We ask you not to arrive before the time stated on your ‘Holiday Confirmation’ letter, we need the few hours available on change over days to prepare your accommodation for you. If you do arrive earlier, then we cannot be held responsible for the condition of your accommodation.

4. Booking Deposit. The deposit is £50 per week or short break to secure your holiday and is non refundable.

6. Balance of holiday payment. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your holiday and should be paid by the due date on your Holiday Confirmation. A receipt will be sent to acknowledge your deposit, this will show the balance you need to send and by which date; no further invoice will be sent. If we do not receive your payment, you will forfeit your holiday and the accommodation will be re-let.

7. WE GUARANTEE the price of your holiday at the time of booking, there will be no surcharges added. Prices are based on 4 people sharing, a charge of £20/ £10 per week/ short break will be made for any additional persons. 8. GROUPS . We regret that bookings from groups of either young women or young men cannot be accepted as this is a family holiday site. However, couples are welcome.

9. AVAILABILITY. The booking is made on the understanding that the property will be placed at your disposal on the date stated. Should this not be possible, through circumstances beyond the owners control, (e.g fire, theft or damage) we cannot guarantee to provide an alternative property, in which case all monies, including deposit will be refunded in full, but the hirer or any of their party shall have no further claim against Home from Home Holidays. We cannot ensure the availability of amenities on any of the holiday parks at which your holiday accommodation is booked.

10. The holiday company shall not be responsible for the death or injury to any person on holiday, in or visiting our accommodation, or any loss of or damage to the property of any such person, however any such death, injury, loss or damage is caused.

11. All persons in your party must be entered on the holiday booking form for insurance purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse persons not entered on the booking form.

12. PETS – Small, well behaved pets are permitted in some of our holiday accommodation and owners are requested to keep them on a lead on the site and to clear up any waste for the safety and protection of other families on site.
