AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE ADVERTISING SPACE ON

1 By paying your advertising or set up fee you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

2 Your set up fee is non refundable and pays for the basic administration and set up of your advertisement.

3 If your advertisement is featured on the front page there will be a one off additional fee to be agreed between you and the website owner.

4 Your annual advertising fee pays for your space on the website and does not include anything additional to what has been advertised on the site as included in the offer.

5 The fees will be reviewed annually and may be increased.

6 The special offer of up to one year of free advertising by waiver of the advertising fee is for a calendar year or part of a year.  The year begins from 1st January and ends on 31st December each year. As an example: Therefore, an advertiser paying a fee commencing 1st January will receive a full year’s advertising and an advertiser paying a fee on 1st May will receive 8 month’s advertising.

7 Your annual renewal fee is due one month before the end of your annual advertising period. If it remains unpaid at the end of your contract period your advertisement will be wiped from the website.

8 Only original images and text belonging to the advertiser or those free of royalties can be uploaded to the site.

9 It is the responsibility of the advertiser to comply with all copyright and royalty legislation.

10 The site will not be held responsible for any unlawful images or text.

11 Your payment of your advertising fee, or your set up fee, constitutes your signature and agreement to these terms and conditions.
